You will need to download the Pet Health Network mobile app to your mobile device from your respective app store (direct links located below).  When you open the mobile app, you will be prompted to enter a connection code that the practice will provide you.

To get your connection code, you must text us to request your unique code @ (757) 663-5133. We will then generate the code and text it back to you. You should then copy the code and paste it to the app’s connection code box. You should then be linked to the Pet Health Network Pro texting App.
